Terms of Service
General Rules
Children’s safety is dependent on you, and it is imperative that you provide personal supervision. As the lessee of Party Mood Inflatables Rental, you are responsible for ensuring the safety of all riders. Only individuals within compatible age groups and size should play on the Party Mood Inflatables Rental unit simultaneously. The maximum number of riders for each group that should play at any given time is:
8 & under | 9 to 12 | Older Teens | Adults |
---|---|---|---|
10 | 8 | 6-8 | 4-6 |
For the safety and cleanliness of our inflatable unit, please observe the following rules:
- All riders must remove their shoes before playing in the Party Mood Inflatables unit.
- Flips are not allowed to prevent neck and back injuries.
- Absolutely no “Silly String”, gum, candy, food, or other sticky substances are allowed in the unit. A cleaning fee of $50 will be imposed if cleaning is required upon pickup.
- Please remove all personal items from the Party Mood Inflatables unit before it is returned.
Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery and pickup process, please read and follow these guidelines:
- An adult over 18 years old must be present at the time of delivery. If no adult is present, we will proceed to the next appointment and you will be charged a minimum fee of $50 for re-delivery.
- The Party Mood Inflatables unit will be delivered and picked up at the street address specified by the Lessee. By renting our unit, you grant us the right to enter the property at the delivery address at the specified time.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location that our delivery representative deems unsuitable, unsafe, or inappropriate.
- To ensure proper setup, the unit must be placed on a flat, spacious, mud-free surface that is clean and free of debris.
- Delivery times are specific to each order and will be determined at the time of booking based on an available and suitable time slot. While we provide delivery services during normal business hours, we can arrange special delivery and pickup times for an extra fee. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, so we provide a delivery window at the time of booking and display it on your rental agreement.
Sprinklers & Irrigation Systems
The customer is responsible for identifying the set-up location and conditions at the time of rental reservation, and any changes cannot be made once the driver has left the warehouse. Party Mood Inflatables will not be liable for any damage caused to underground cabling, utilities, including irrigation systems.
Prior to Arrival for Setup
- The grass should be mowed before our arrival.
- Please inform us in advance if the set-up surface is concrete or asphalt.
- For water slide rentals, please ensure that a water hose is long enough to reach the set-up area and that you have plenty of blankets and/or tarps to cover high traffic, muddy areas (typically the entrance and exit of the unit). If you do not have a water hose, we would be happy to rent one to you for a fee of $10.
Prior to Pickup
- Please ensure that all personal items (such as toys, clothing, etc.) are removed from the unit(s).
- Verify that the unit(s) are in the same condition as when they were delivered.
- If the unit(s) are no longer in use before pick up, turn off the blower motor and remove the cord from the outlet.
- In the event of rain while in your possession, turn off each blower unit, detach it from the inflatable, and store it in a covered area or pull the deflated unit over the blower to protect it from the elements.
- IMPORTANT: Since the inflatables must be rolled up in a specific manner, please DO NOT attempt to roll up or move the unit before our scheduled pick up.
- Finally, your presence is not required for pick up as long as we have access to ALL Party Mood Inflatables equipment. This rule does NOT apply to setups in public venues.
Access to Power Source
It is the Lessee’s sole responsibility to ensure proper and adequate access to a power source for the blower motor(s) before the set-up. Party Mood Inflatables will not be held responsible for any charges or fees incurred due to the use of the blower motor(s) while the unit is in the Lessee’s possession. Each blower motor requires a dedicated circuit, and Lessee must identify and test outlets before the set-up.
Concessions
When renting a concession item from Party Mood Inflatables, it is important to return all equipment and supplies that belong to Party Mood Inflatables, including plastic containers, to the Party Mood Inflatables representative. As the lessee, you are responsible for paying the full value of any misplaced or broken item that was under your care.
Please DO NOT clean the concessions after use! These items need to be cleaned in a specific, professional manner to avoid damage.
Weather Policy
Our top priority is safety. Therefore, in the event of severe weather conditions such as heavy rain or high winds, we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe, we will offer you the option of proceeding with your rental. However, once we have loaded your items for delivery and you choose to proceed with the rental, there will be no refunds.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Failure to do so will result in liability for payment of the entire invoice.
