We want to make sure you have a positive experience with us. However, please be aware that all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your order due to weather or personal reasons, we can provide you with a store credit for the deposit or prepayment you made in advance. This credit can be used towards a future rental within one year of the original order date.

Please note that we require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. If you cancel your order after it has been loaded on the delivery truck, it will not be eligible for a store credit in the case of a last minute cancellation.
