Preparing for Your Rental

Get Ready!

Before your rental, please review all the details and inform us of any questions or modifications you may have.

If possible, please email us a signed rental agreement before our delivery team arrives. Otherwise, our team will provide you with a copy of the agreement that requires your signature upon delivery.

Additionally, it’s important to inform all individuals who will be using or supervising the equipment about the safety requirements stated in the rental agreement.

Payment

Unless stated otherwise, we will charge the remaining balance to the credit card on file that was used for your deposit. It is essential to ensure that there are sufficient funds available for processing. If the payment is declined, we will not be able to deliver your items. For events that take place at a park or public location, we only accept cash payment upon delivery.

Damage Waiver Insurance

We highly recommend that you add our rental damage waiver coverage to your order to protect yourself from unexpected damages that may occur during the rental period. With a flat rate of just $10, the damage waiver provides peace of mind by relieving you of any liability for damages to the equipment.

Delivery

  • Have an adult over 18 years old present during the delivery.
  • Note that if no adult is present during the delivery, we will move on to our next appointment, and your delivery will be rescheduled to the back of the line. This will incur a minimum fee of $50 for re-delivery.
  • Provide us with a contact phone number (preferably a cell phone) where we can reach you in case of any questions.

Before We Arrive

  • Choose a FLAT & SPACIOUS area that will fit your inflatable dimensions.
  • Make sure the space is CLEAN and free of debris. No rocks! No Mud! No Droppings! No Stairs!
  • Ensure that your gate is wide enough (at least 4 feet) for the inflatable to pass through. Note: We will NOT set up if these conditions exist in the set up area.
  • Remove all vehicles and objects from set-up area/path BEFORE we arrive. If you live in a gated community, please give us entry/access codes BEFORE our arrival.
  • Please let us know in advance if we will be setting up on CONCRETE or ASPHALT surface as not all units can be set up on these surfaces.
  • If renting a water slide, please have a water hose long enough to reach set-up area and lots of blankets and/or tarps to cover high traffic, muddy areas (usually entrance & exit of unit).
  • Once unit(s) have been set up in a particular location, there is a $50 per unit relocation fee should you decide to move unit(s) to another location.
  • We reserve the right to deny set-up if chosen area does not meet required standards.

Maintenance Rules

  • No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or SILLY STRING are permitted inside or on the unit(s)
  • Socks must be worn at all times
  • Absolutely no flipping or horseplay is allowed.

For Pet Owners

  • Secure your pets before our arrival for set up and/or pick up, for safety reasons.
  • Ensure there are no pet droppings in or around the set-up area.
  • Keep pets away from the unit(s) as most have sharp claws that can cause damage.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the units.
  • For overnight rentals, keep pets away from the unit(s).

Access To Power

To ensure that the blowers are running smoothly, there should be a dedicated circuit available within 100 feet of the setup area to power each blower motor. As the blowers consume a significant amount of electricity, it is important to check if there is an adequate power supply. If not, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

Before We Pickup

  • Please ensure that all personal items (such as toys, clothing, etc.) are removed from the unit(s).
  • Verify that the unit(s) are in the same condition as when they were delivered.
  • If the unit(s) are no longer in use before pick up, turn off the blower motor and remove the cord from the outlet.
  • In the event of rain while in your possession, turn off each blower unit, detach it from the inflatable, and store it in a covered area or pull the deflated unit over the blower to protect it from the elements.
  • IMPORTANT: Since the inflatables must be rolled up in a specific manner, please DO NOT attempt to roll up or move the unit before our scheduled pick up.
  • Finally, your presence is not required for pick up as long as we have access to ALL Party Mood Inflatables equipment. This rule does NOT apply to setups in public venues.

Weather Disclaimer

Please note that for safety reasons, we are unable to deliver or set up our equipment in inclement weather. In case of projected bad weather on the day of your event, kindly contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to reconfirm, reschedule or cancel the appointment. It is important to plan carefully, as refunds will not be possible once the equipment has been delivered, even if it rains during your event.
